   Hello. So I’m currently on day nineteen of no contact with my ex boyfriend and I am starting to worry a little. If I think that he may be starting to become interested in someone new would I still be right in waiting longer to contact him? I may be wrong..but I feel if I were to contact him I could stop a new relationship from starting between him and this new girl. Thanks in advance, and thankyou for such a great site. It has helped me so much these last few weeks.

   Great episode. With dating sites being so prevalently used, it’s a lot easier for people to interact with strangers in the comforts of their own homes where it may eventually lead to dates and potentially a relationship even shortly after a break-up. I think this episode really resonates me and an audience who has found that their ex has put himself out on the market pretty swiftly. :-/ I also have put myself out there on the same website he’s on (it’s actually how we met each other.)

   It’s really interesting, my ex implemented a NC on me and he’s the dumper. It was originally 30 days NC and now it’s 60 days according to him. I broke NC 11 days in and he told me I would have to start over. Funny thing is he thought I was so close to going through with it when only 11 days have passed. Now it’s 7 days since we’ve last interacted and he’s the one who texted me this time, but I’ve ignored it. How can he implement a NC on me and thinks he can just break it on me? Is this some sort of game to him? And he tells me the NC is more for my benefit so I can heal. I’m wondering if he’s not having much luck with online dating that he’s trying to reach out to me to soothe his emotional needs without realizing it’s actually kind of hurting me. :-/

   I wonder if maybe my basic story is podcast worthy. I don’t think you’ve ever really gone over NC that’s been implemented by the dumper on the dumpee.

   me and my ex were dating 5 years, 3 months later he date new girl already. is it a rebound? 1 week before he date his new girl he had sex with me.

   now he is distance and dont want to respond my text.

   He has been with her for 1 month now and it seems that they are having so much fun. I’m still contacting my ex because i’m scared he forget me but my ex didnt reply me nicely. He said he didnt love me anymore but he still very care to me and want me happy in the future. I made lots of mistake by begging crying and act desperate.
   1. Is it still too late to apply no contact?
   2. How can i have him back because it seems that he love this girl.
   3. Do u think there’s still a possibility?

   My ex in a new relationship a few weeks after our break up i keep seeing all of there lovey dovey messagesaboht how they love each other it hurts sooo bad i dont know what to do
