I messed up, again. Tried doing NC for the second time and caved after twelve days. First time I caved after nine. He reached out to me with him initiating conversation for the first time late last night, asking me why I friended a female friend of his since they were both suspicious of my intentions, when I just wanted to befriend her. I ended up unfriending her after that, and told him that I was hurt that was the only reason he’d been prompted to initiate conversation first since the break up. He admitted to just wanting his answer. I asked him if I bother him, and he said no, then I told him I don’t know how much space/contact he wants and he stopped replying.

I feel like I’ve messed up too much at this point for things to work enough for us to even be friends. On Easter it’ll have been a month since he broke up with me, and I’m worried that NC won’t help.

How many days of NC do you think would be best?

    Hi Chris

What if you slept with him then begged him to take you back but wanted you to be his booty call and declined then blocked him and did no contact? I’m 25 days on no contact and he seems to be avoiding me strong like building a taller well he looks at me as if I disgust him., cause of break up it’s I cheated.

I think you need to do at least 45… and if the past days were not focused in improving yourself and being active in social media posting, restart the count.
